Wann kommt ein Vertrag mit PROject AG zustande?
Geht eine Anmeldung ein und wird durch das System bestätigt, kommt ein Vertrag mit der PROject AG zustande. Die vorliegenden Allgemeinen Vertragsbestimmungen (AGB) sind Bestandteil dieses Vertrages.
Rennen und Verschiebungen
PROject führt die im Kalender ausgeschriebenen Rennen durch. PROject behält sich in Ihrem Interesse vor, Rennen zu verschieben, wenn unvorhergesehene Ereignisse (z.B. Naturereignisse) dies erfordern. Über wesentliche Programmänderungen werden Sie umgehend informiert. Sie haben dann das Recht, innert zwei Tagen ab Bekanntgabe der Programmänderung kostenlos vom Vertrag zurückzutreten. Vorbehalten bleibt das Recht von PROject, Rennen überhaupt nicht durchzuführen. Bereits erbrachte Startgebühren werden bei einer Kursabsage oder bei einem Vertragsrücktritt infolge Verschiebung von PROject pro Rata angerechnet und Ende der Saison zurückerstattet.
Daten
Teilnehmende akzepieren mit ihrer Anmeldung automatisch die Veröffentlichung ihrer Daten (Name/Vorname/Land) auf der Online-Startliste.
Startgelder
Die Startgelder ergeben sich aus den Ausführungen im Internet. Sie sind bei Anmeldung zu begleichen
Annullierung durch den Fahrer
Eine erfolgte und bezahlte Anmeldung ist definitiv und wird nicht rückgängig gemacht.
Meldung von gesundheitlichen Risiken und Vermeidung unnötiger Risiken
Teilnehmende, die ein psychisches oder physisches Leiden aufweisen das zu einem erhöhten Risiko bei der Rennteilnahme führt, haben sich rechtzeitig vor Rennbeginn an den Technischen Delegierten (TD) zu wenden, damit entsprechende Sicherheitsvorkehrungen getroffen werden können. Die Vertraulichkeit solcher Informationen wird vom Informationsempfänger garantiert.
Es liegt im Ermessen des TD’s, Teilnehmer aufgrund des erhöhten Risikos vom Rennen auszuschliessen.
Reglemente
Für sämtliche Wettkämpfe gelten die Reglemente von Swiss-Ski. Mit der Anmeldung, bestätigt der Fahrer, die Reglemente als Ganzes zu akzeptieren.
Sicherheit und Haftung
PROject garantiert eine sorgfältige Auswahl und Instruktion der Stationen sowie die Überwachung derselben. PROject lehnt jede Haftung ab. Schadensersatz muss immer gegenüber der jeweilig schuldigen Partei geltend gemacht werden und kann sich maximal auf die doppelte Höhe des einbezahlten Startgeldes belaufen. Genügender Versicherungsschutz ist Sache der einzelnen Teilnehmenden.
Fotos und bewegte Bilder
Die im Rahmen der Rennen der Moove Sympany Snow Series entstandenen Fotografien dürfen auf der Website www.snowseries.ch und www.getout.ch ohne Einwilligung der fotografierten Personen gezeigt werden. Sowie dürfen Fotografien und bewegte Bilder, die klar mit der Moove Sympany Snow Series in Verbindung gebracht sind für Presse, TV und Internet verwendet werden, ohne Einverständnis der abgebildeten Personen.
Gerichtsstand
Im Verhältnis zwischen Ihnen und PROject ist ausschliesslich schweizerisches Recht anwendbar. Es gilt der Gerichtsstand Zürich 6.

General Terms and Conditions of PROject AG
When will a contract with PROject AG come about?
If a registration is received and confirmed by the system, a contract with PROject AG comes about. These General Terms and Conditions are a component of this contract.
Races and postponements
PROject will arrange the races listed in the calendar. PROject reserves the right to postpone races in its interests if unforeseen events (e.g. natural phenomena) make this necessary. You will be informed immediately of any major changes to the programme. You then have the right to withdraw from the contract without any charge within two days of notification of the programme change. PROject reserves the right not to arrange any races at all. If there is a course cancellation or a withdrawal from the contract following a postponement, any fees which have already been paid, shall be allowed for on a pro rata basis by PROject and refunded at the end of the season.
Data
Participants automatically accept the publication of their data (name/forename/country) on the online starting list when they register.
Entry fees
The entry fees result from the information on the Internet. They are to be paid upon registration.
Cancellation by the racer
A successful registration, which has been paid for, is final and cannot be cancelled.
Notification of health risks and avoiding unnecessary risks
Participants, who have a mental or physical ailment, which leads to an increased risk when participating in a race, are to contact the Technical Delegates (TD) in plenty of time before the start of the race so that the appropriate safety precautions can be taken. The confidentiality of such information is guaranteed by the recipient of the information.
It is at the discretion of the TD whether to exclude participants from the race owing to the increased risk.
Regulations
The regulations of Swiss-Ski apply to all competitions. By registering the racer is confirming acceptance of the regulations as a whole.
Safety and liability
PROject guarantees a careful selection and briefing at the sites as well as supervision of the latter. PROject rejects any liability. Compensation must always be claimed from the relevant culpable party and can amount to a maximum of twice the amount of the entry fees paid. Sufficient insurance cover is a matter for the individual participants.
Photos and moving images
The photographs taken as part of the races of the Moove Sympany Snow Series can be shown on the websites www.snowseries.ch and www.getout.ch without the permission of the photographed person. Similarly photographs and moving images, which are clearly associated with the Moove Sympany Snow Series, may be used for the press, TV and Internet without the consent of the person pictured.
Place of jurisdiction
Swiss law alone is applicable to the relationship between you and PROject. The place of jurisdiction is Zurich 6.
